 She is a published author contributing regularly to various magazines, industry papers, and selected for a book compilation. She is also a national speaker, at times for conferences with over 25,000 attendees.

In addition to continuing her passion of working with clients, Meredith started Celiac Cutie, an apparel company created to have fun and raise awareness for auto-immune disease after her own diagnosis in 2016. She’s grown that company significantly since inception and has been featured in CEO World Magazine, Home Business Magazine, Lady Boss Blogger as well as on NBC, with her products featured in Life and Style Magazine, Midtown Miami Magazine, BuzzFeed and Thrive Global.
